Family engagement through agile programming

I have not been blogging for quite awhile. Turns out vacation time is more challenging as a stay-home parent and it demands more engagement opportunities. Good thing we can look back at the 6 weeks we had and say that as a family we grew more, did more, learned more. Now that the kids are back to school, the next challenge is keeping up with the abundance of summer excitement while tapering it with establishing daily routines.

This is why I felt compelled to share this video on Agile programming from Bruce Feiler. There’s a lot of wisdom in his talk about family happiness and we’re surely going to incorporate family conferences more in our routines. What worked well? What didn’t work well? What can we work on in the week ahead? Hmmm, sounds like something I should also ask myself as a parent.

How about you what take aways did you get after seeing the video?
